You have complete freedom to choose a sensor manufacturer. You can also contact us for recommendations, and we’ll recommend and deliver the sensor that fits your needs.

Set up sensors

  1. Contact us for sensor recommendations.
    We don’t produce sensors, but we can advise you on the best device to fit your needs and communicate with manufacturers to get them delivered for you.
    Based on your monitoring needs, you might need several sensors that you connect to a sensor station (which is a hub that collects all the sensor data and sends it on to the Agrokora app).
  2. Try out demo data in our app.
  3. Order your sensors.
  4. Get a sensor out of the box and distribute them.
  5. Connect the sensors to the sensor station. You can scan the QR code available on the box to follow installation best practices.
  6. Press the ON button on the sensor station to start sending data.
  7. Log in to Agrokora and immediately start receiving data.

Sensor stations for agricultural monitoring have pricing that varies based on:

  • LoRa Technology: €200-€500 (most economical)
  • 4G Technology: €750-€1,200 (higher due to connectivity and energy costs)
  • Sensor Configuration:
Basic stations include 2-3 sensors (options include salinity, water level, temperature, and relative humidity) Price varies based on specific sensor selection and monitoring requirements.Agrocora is not a manufacturer, but we can help you find the right sensors and integrate them.
Yes. You can leverage satellite imagery and weather data. However we advise you to use this only for broader monitoring and combine it with sensor data from priority areas.
This depends on your monitoring needs and, if you’re using sensors for agriculture, the size of your field.
Yes. We can integrate most suppliers and collect the data sent by their sensors.
